Should you experience an equipment deficiency or breakdown while your product is covered under warranty, we are committed to working together to identify the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. 

The Process:

  • Step 1: You complete the warranty form on this page.
  • Step 2: Landzie reviews your claim and will reach out via email as soon as possible.
  • Step 3: Landzie service team presents the best method to troubleshoot and remedy your equipment issue. 
    • If on-site repair is required at our service center, a Landzie service team representative will work with you to coordinate the appropriate shipping measures.

In all instances, you will be kept fully informed.
